There was a negotiation after the Korean war called The FrameWork Agreement, which lasted for 40 years till 1994.Soon their was another agreement between the UN and North Korea that they make another contract that lasted to 2002. The contract that the UN agree stilled help, but North Korea will never change that much and continue manufactering nuclear weapons.

This conflict happen around in the late 1940's and was activite more in 1950's with the year of the korean war starting. The country that had this conflict is North korea, the communist countries Russia, China and North Korea decided to do a agreement on the IAEA program/ Nuclear program. After the korean war, in 1959 the North koreans formed up and manufacter nuclear weapons.
